Child Stroller Posing Fingertip Amputation and Laceration Hazard Recalled

On November 9, 2009, the U.S. Consumer Product Safety Commission (“CPSC”) announced a voluntary recall by one stroller manufacturer because, “the stroller’s hinge mechanism poses a fingertip amputation and laceration hazard to the child when the consumer is unfolding/opening the stroller”.
