Monday, June 14th, 2010

Bimbo Bakeries USA, Inc. announced recently that it is recalling Bimbo brand Soft White Bread (1 lb. 4 oz. or 567 grams) sold in California, Idaho, Oregon and Washington because it may contain undeclared milk. People who have an allergy to milk run the risk of life threatening or serious allergic reaction if they consume the product.

The products were recalled after it was discovered that product containing milk was distributed in packaging that did not reveal the presence of milk.
